INTERNATIONAL GUARANTEE

All iriscopes and software come complete with a full 12 month international guarantee, covering workmanship, parts and labor. After the 12 month period full back-up service is assured.
This warranty is effective from date of purchase. There are no refunds.
The warranty does not include damage to the system due to the fault of the owner, by rough handling or accident.
In order to claim for warranty replacement the faulty component must be shipped to our central office at the owner’s expense whereby the article will be assessed and either repaired or replaced and will then be shipped at the manufacturer’s cost. Please contact us by email first if you have a warranty repair issue.
